This is the transmission for my 41 FL Polics Special.  
As you can see I am a big fan of sealing the cases to prevent the oil from leaking past the bottom studs and to keep any foreign material from freeing itself from the pourous alumimum case and causing trouble in the gearbox.  I use primarily Eastern and Andrews products in my transmission builds as well as good used and NOS HD parts.

This is the beginning of re-assembly for this 1965 FLH transmission. 

Here's the finished product.  The transmission is going back in an original paint un-restored 65 FLH so cosmetic restoration was kept to a minimum to not disturb the patina and overall appearance of the bike but it should now shift like a dream.  See more of this build in the "Motor Work" section of this website.
